Phases of Construction Site Cleaning
Rough Cleaning (Initial Phase)
Rough Cleaning – Done during or just after major construction, before finishing work starts.
Includes:
Removal of large debris, trash, scrap wood, drywall, nails, etc.
Sweeping or vacuuming of all surfaces
Dust removal from walls, baseboards, and windowsills
Sticker removal from windows, doors, and appliances
Light bathroom and kitchen cleaning to prep for installations
Final Cleaning (Detail Phase)
Final Cleaning – Performed once all construction is complete and crews are off-site.
Includes:
Deep cleaning of all floors, walls, ceilings
Polishing windows, mirrors, and fixtures
Inside/outside cabinet and drawer cleaning
Dusting vents, ceiling fans, and lights
Sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms
Mopping and vacuuming
Removing stickers, smudges, and paint splatter
Touch-Up Cleaning
Touch-Up Cleaning – Final clean before move-in or inspection. Ideal if dust has settled again or furniture has been moved in.
Includes:
Spot cleaning of floors, mirrors, and fixtures
Final dusting and shine
Last sweep and mop
